Where you consent to us doing so, we will share your ID and contact data with commercial sponsors of Rugby World Cup 2023 (please see official Rugby World Cup 2023 websites for details of commercial sponsors). However, save where you have prior consented as noted above, no data about you will be transferred to partners for marketing or commercial prospecting purposes.
The France 2023 Rugby World Cup Organising Committee shall also ensure that its partners and service providers involved in providing the service comply with the principles set out in the regulations in effect.
DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be retained for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, within the legal time limits. This means that we retain your personal data for as long as you log in from one of our Sites or Apps in the last three years.
In the event of purchase on our ticketing or shop site and participation in an event in connection with the France 2023 Rugby World Cup Organising Committee, your personal data will be retained for a longer period in order to comply with our legal obligations and ensure our rights of defence within the limit of five years following the end of the relationship.

Your application must be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity (national identity card or passport, resident card, residence permit or circulation booklet issued by the French State or European Union identity card). SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The France 2023 Rugby World Cup Organising Committee attaches the utmost importance to the security and integrity of the personal data of its stakeholders.
