Our star initiatives:
Pass It Back supports children and youth through rugby and life skills learning, helping them build skills, inspire social change, and become leaders in their communities. Over half of coaches, players, and administrators are girls and young women. Want to see it in action? Check out this video.
Grassroots to Global is a community leadership initiative that connects grassroots rugby leaders through national forums to tackle barriers to participation, focusing on girls and women. So far, we've partnered with 26 unions worldwide to make this happen, and in 2025 the focus will be on getting more women into community coaching.
