Eden Park
Capacity: 44,000
Eden Park is New Zealand's largest sports stadium, located in central Auckland on the boundary between the suburbs of Mount Eden and Kingsland. The stadium is primarily used for rugby union in winter and cricket in summer.
It hosted pool matches, two quarter-finals, both semi-finals and the final of Rugby World Cup 2011. In doing so it became the first stadium in the world to host two Rugby World Cup finals, having held the inaugural final in 1987.
Rugby World Cup 2021 matches will be played across three world-class venues - Waitakere Stadium, Whangarei’s Northland Events Centre and Eden Park.
The pool stage of the tournament will be contested across three match days with new dates in 2022 to be announced in due course. Eden Park is set to host pool matches, the semi-finals, bronze final and final.
